The WNBPA is responsible for certifying and regulating player agents. The Association screens the backgrounds of agents and monitors all contracts to ensure players receive fair and quality representation. Regulations Governing Player Agents establish the requirements and standards for the conduct and activities of agents certified by the WNBPA.
